1.2. All users and members must fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, in addition to ethical and sporting principles.
1.3. The Academy reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account or membership for any reason, including but not limited to, the violation of these terms or a breach of the Academy’s code of conduct, without incurring any liability or obligation for compensation.
2. Registration and Use
2.1. To complete the registration process at the Academy, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. The user (or parent/guardian) bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided data and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
2.2. The use of the website or the Academy’s services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or any activity that infringes upon the rights of the Academy or any third party, is strictly prohibited.
2.3. The Academy disclaims all liability for any losses or damages, whether material or moral, that may arise from the user’s non-compliance with these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. Consent to Use Media and Waiver of Rights (Essential Clause)
5.1. Declaration of Consent: Upon registering a player with the Academy, the player (and through their parent or legal guardian) grants Sadara Football Academy a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use all photographs, video clips, and audio recordings in which the player appears during their participation in all Academy activities (including training, matches, events, or camps).
5.2. Publication and Usage Rights: Pursuant to this clause, the Academy is entitled to use these media materials across all media channels, whether currently known or hereafter developed, for any purpose it deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: marketing and advertising on social media platforms, the official website, newsletters, brochures, and posters, and any other media outlet.
5.3. Ownership of Materials and Waiver of Rights: All said photographs, videos, and media materials shall become the sole and permanent property of Sadara Football Academy upon their creation. By agreeing to these terms, you hereby fully and irrevocably waive any right to claim any financial or other compensation, now or in the future, for such use. You also waive any right to object to the use of these materials or to file a lawsuit against the Academy, its owners, employees, or agents in connection with their use as stipulated in this clause.
6. Financial Obligations and Payment
6.1. All registration and subscription fees must be paid according to the schedule and cost determined by the Academy’s administration. All fees are to be paid directly by contacting the Academy’s administration through the approved methods specified by it.
6.2. The parent or guardian is obligated to pay the monthly subscription fees regularly and on their scheduled due dates without delay. In the event of late payment or default, the Academy has the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to take one or all of the following actions: * a) Immediately suspend the player from participating in all Academy activities, including training, matches, and events, until all outstanding dues are settled. * b) Pursue legal and judicial action to claim all overdue financial dues, which are considered a debt due and payable by the parent or guardian. * c) Claim compensation for any administrative or financial damages incurred by the Academy as a result of the breach of financial obligation, including collection and follow-up costs.
6.3. Paid fees are non-refundable except in exceptional and specific cases subject to the Academy’s “Cancellation and Refund Policy.”
7. Cancellation and Refund
7.1. Parents may cancel their children’s enrollment from the Academy before the training program officially begins. Our refund policy will be applied in such cases.
7.2. In the event that a program is canceled by the Academy, the full amount paid will be refunded.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including physical injuries that may occur during training or matches. Participants and their guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of football and assume them at their own risk.
8.2. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sadara Football Academy, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or lawsuits arising from your use of the services or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
